The last time I talked to you and someone at reg.dept.to verify address was told they were mailed to me 5-11-12

You are correct. I've checked our Returned Mail and they have not come back to us...At this point you would need to fill out one of our Applications for Duplicate Registrations. This form can be downloaded from our website. On the application be sure to mention that your original papers were lost in the mail and you never received them. When you send in the application, do not send any money in.
