 mistake permanent registration

made mistake writing my address and xx out <rd>. when i put it in wrong order in my address. Do i need to do afidavit?

No. Just do a Change of Address form. You can download the form from our website. For the former address, put the address that you originally put on the papers, then for the new address put your current address. Include the change of address form with your papers.
