Garmin Help

On my Astro 220 there is a box above the map........in the upper left hand corner of the box it says Pointer..............there is nothing in the box and I have no clue what it is.............can anybody tell me how to get it off my screen?..............Thanks.

I would click map then menu and select reset defaults.
That should clear it.
