I've seem 3.45 here in W Pa. As we get closer to the election in Nov. I look for them to drop even more. If they can do it now why wasn't it done a year ago. I'm not falling for this crap and I hope no one else is.

iI THINK IT REALLY SHOWS A SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS WHEN WE ACTUALLY GET EXCITED ABOUT $2.99 GAS. I'M NOT REAL SMART BUT IF GAS AND DIESEL FUEL WOULD GET BACK HALFWAY REASONABLE WHICH I FEEL SHOUL BE AROUND 2 BUCKS, THEN THE ECONOMY WOULD GO A LONG WAY TOWARDS GETTING STRAIGHT.

Man, you hit the nail right on the head! It seems like we`re sheep heading for slaughter! When gas gets around 3 bucks a gallon, and we all get giddy and tingly. If gas would get back to where it was when Obama took over( around $1.85 a gal.), I would almost guarantee the economy to get much better.

Gas here in the Springfield area, 3.49 to 3.59 a gal. But, I`m sure with Fourth of July coming up, they`ll jack those prices up again!

If everyone in the USA would buy fuel on the same day each week they would give it away the next week. LOL. But that would only hurt our truckers and our taxpayers. Obummer knows what he's doing. I wouldn't be surprised to see it under $2 in late October just in time for his re-election speech.
