To many interpretations of the rules ( They are in black and white)

The rules are wrote in a way that even the dullest hunter can understand! Why are they twisted and used in ways that benefit a handler or dog? The answer is clear gaining an undeserved edge or avoiding a deserved minus! Train the dog hunt the dog and if that don't work buy another!

Hey I have hunted as sorry as they come but it sure is a lot easier to win when you don't have to constantly look for an undeserved edge just strikem and tree them let the homework take care of the rest!

what like you trying to say someone struck the wrong dog so you could minus them or saying they treed the wrong dog or trying to refuse to take a tree call because if they had a coon you were beat and then saying they were minused because they moved to your dog but when you get there and he shuts up they are still treed right where they were always treed.... if your winning everything is fine.... if your loosing well i think they will find out if they ever draw you

It will all be over when GUTS and MOney comes into play together. Dingy dingy Is that Racoon in that tree Or not?? It will all be over. Bragging be gone to hell. JMO.

By the way! Do not let the handlers have a glance at where the coon was and is . So they can question every move the coon and the dog did . And shut the Hell up. SHUT UP AND LISTEN TO YOUR FATE UNFOLD BEFORE YOUR VERY EYES. Then take it all back to the clubhouse and watch it all unveil on video LMAO LOL LMAO . Do it . I dee double dare you. Ye of little faith.. Boogety boogetey.

Well John, I've got to disagree that all the rules are so black and white and plain and simple that anyone should always get it right. Ukc must disagree too, since there are not 1, but 2 fairly thick books called the advisor that dig into the grey areas of rule interpretation.

The rules are plain it's just that so many different interpretations are in so many different areas that they have developed those guides to give an explanation of how the rules should be used in a particular situation. I have no problem with some of the grey areas it's just the ones that are so plain that people distort that bother me for example ; a dog leaves barking handlers strikes the dog then it hushes another dog strikes deeper in and is clearly working a track the next time the first dog opens again it has been more than a minute and a half and the dog that struck second is another hundred yards in a he's with him ! Come on you struck the dog on a babble it was clearly not on a track and there are minus points to be given.

That ones simple bud......be a judge and you can minus that dog! To many people at the hunts want to pi$$ an moan about how something was scored. But these same folks never want to judge! Stop complaining and start judging it's really kinda simple!

Well aren't you smart. I judge at nearly every hunt I go to and that is probably way more than you!!! I am at a hunt at least four days out of the week either PKC or UKC ! I judge pro hunts and I have read all the rules and the one you are forgetting about has to do with a majority vote in a hunt using the hunt director format! All I am saying is rules are there for a reason use them right and if that bothers you then well, maybe you're not using them right

Well Patches everyone is entitled to their own opinion and you have stated yours and I respect that ! I am sure along the way I have made some mad but if that is the case with you then I am sorry but I guarantee that if I judged you I was fair , firm, and consistent ! I am not perfect by any means but I take coonhunting very seriously! If you have a problem with me then you are welcome to PM me and we'll discuss it! In fact I will PM you my number and you can call me! If there is no problem then that's good too!

I guess you are upset with me and that is to bad but, I promise you I will loose no sleep because I know that the only reason you could be mad is you got caught and called on it! You got my number and you can call me but don't continue to dog me be a man or shut up! I don't hide my name because I have nothing to hide! If you choose to withdrawal it means you know you can't pull any crap and get away with it! I have plenty of good references just ask a few so if you are the only one I have ever made mad then I guess I'm doing pretty good! Have a good day

I use to do good when I wore a Mickey Mouse or was that a Lone Ranger Watch. Said three hours over and done. But hunting four dogs in one heat doing their crap by theirself and keeping time got beyand my capabilities and fantasization real quick. I can't even keep up with flipping Waffl;es at the House much less all that stuff. LOL. Simple? You must be Einstein with a time bandit thing going on.

Granberry is not only a good handler but a good judge as well. You don't get invited to judge at the PKC Senior Showndown if you aren't the best of the best. I have drew him more than once with him judging and I have also judged him. We have never had a cross word and everything has always been done fairly. Me and him are goodfriends and I have learned alot from him, you don't win the Mississippi state race 4 times with 3 different dogs if you font know what you are doing.

im not hiding... this is steve wilson.... the last time i drew you with a dog you had never been in the woods with you seem to think you knew better than me.... you were wrong i didnt strike the wrong dog i didnt strike a dog in the direction you said... i didnt tree the wrong dog even tho i did get ffirst tree she was the second dog to hit it.... not my fault the other guy got out called.... when i treed the last time she was treed even tho you couldnt hear her... remember walking away from the tree where you could hear and finally hearing her.... then you accused her of moving to your dog out in the slough and trying to minus her then me getting you to walk a little distance away from them so you could here her still treed where she was.... all that stuff would have worked itself out with a good judge without all the argueing but you were out to minus any way you could our dogs but wouldnt run the stationary on yours that was treeing out in the slough for close to an hour just because he wasnt treeing right.... i enjoy comp hunting and want comp hunt if i cant enjoy it and i cant enjoy a judge like that sir
