Bottom storage dog boxes

Im SH ORT I have a tall truck and I cannot reach the tops of the dog boxes with top storage. Im in the market for bottom storage. Buddy brought it to my attention the dogs are higher up and makes the young ones sicker(good thinking).
Those that have them have you experienced any of that? Do you like the box? Does your hounds have plenty of room? Any problems with the drawer? Whats the pros and cons? Thanks

i use a homemade dog box that fixs into a small pickup, between the fenders. my next box will be built to fit upon the fenders and i'll have bottom storage. this will give my dogs more width and me some storage space. of course it'll block any rearview from my inside mirror. i don't think the high setting will effect your dogs at all.
