Anybody know a James Townsend? A friend from work had a walker pup with James Townsend on its collar come up in his yard. He called number on the collar and it said it has been disconnected. Number on collar is a Cleveland TN number. If anyone knows James please let him know his dog is in Dalton GA area and man who has dog number is 706 264-4387. Thanks
