I sent the papers off about a month ago on my puppy and haven't got them back yet. How long does it usually take to get them back?

UKC is way behind on paperwork I sent mine off by priority mail and rushed it still took a month just be patient good luck

They are the slowest place i have seen i sent mine off on jan 26th and has had to call three times all three times i have got a different answer they was sent this day then they was sent this day who knows if their even around. Best thing to do is get their UKC numbers and just wait

Looks like they would hire some help up there. Heck they want even answer the phone after 4:30. Talk about bankers hours. LoL

Yes this is getting aggravating. They charge extra to enter you dog conditionally when you are waiting on the papers. I am sure they can hire some extra help with all the money I have been paying on conditional entries. They need to do something to fix their broken system.

So if a guy pays for them to get the rush thing and it has been a month then do they refund the rush money?

All work that is received in our office is processed in the order in which it was received unless RUSH or Next Day Air is indicated on the outside of the envelope. We are currently working on mail that was received in our office during the week of March 26, 2012 through March 30, 2012. The current date we are working on is posted daily on the registration portion of our website.

Work that is not processed in a timely manner ususally indicates that there is a pending problem that must be resolved before we may complete the request.

Rush fees are always refunded when the service is not provided due to the fault of UKC.

While our papers indicate to allow 4-6 weeks for processing we are generally around 10 business days in office. The processing time does not include the time in transit to and from our office. Our staff realizes that these papers are important to you and we are working 6 days a week 10-12 hours a day to meet your needs.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time.
