bumps/sores on leg

anyone know what this is have a seven month old pup that has bumps from armpit to mid leg. just on one leg they seem to be almost like s sores not quit sure if they are bites or what seems like it confined to that place. gave her a bath in shampoo that treats fleas and egzima today and put some antibactirial cream on some of them but there is about twenty spots. and there is not a big amount of hair lose on sores.

what kind of bedding you have in dog box if you have straw it may be causeing a rash just a thought

i have cedar chips just put new ones in when i noticed it but hasnt seem to help

ceader chips

i use the red ceader chips from spring till winter never had a problem keeps the fleas off dont put anything on my dogs for fleas and ticks just the ceader chips my wifes shitzu gets bumps like that if she gets bit by fleas was using frontline it didnt keep them off her went to the comfortis pill havent had no more problems hope you get your dog fixed up

Typically, this sort of issue starts on the inside. A mild dose of ivermec or steroid will typically cure this. Most folks want to treat it from the outside, when in fact treating it from the inside might be the most effective way.
