Not sure what the going rate is but if it was me I would charge for feed, entry and gas (25.00) and 50.00 for my time of driving to the shows and showing. JMO

I only charge to get dogs started or finished out. If they want me to put them in the hunts then i charge entry fee and fuel. I like hunting and if the dog is nice enough to push i don't charge for my time.

You should ask Dan Dogs, He employs some of the best handlers in our area.

I usually dont bench break dogs for other people but I know hunting rates are usually all expenses paid( gas, feed, motel or anything else that may cost money) Handler keeps what they win or in a UKC hunt $100 for a 1st place win $75 for a 2nd and $25 on anything after that..

I would say all expenses plus maybe $50 a month for your troubles and $100 to grand it on the bench.. If the dog has any sense it shouldnt be hard to break on the bench and if its stupid you wont ever get it broke without making it scared or skiddish. Just my experience.
