They have Been Flying a Lot of Training Opps out of Oceana today Under the Radar !!! One of the Gaps in the Mountains they fly thru goes over my house !!! The place has been rockin every 10 min.s .... Heads Up IRAN !!!!

i know what ya mean......when things heat up.....practice runs begin.....a dairy i used to work back in the day was in the jets flight pattern..right when theyd go over,,,,,they go super sonic .BOOM.......all cows flinch,,,off go the milkers. cows go to stompin...NOT FUN! this was in Texas...

Yep the only place I'v ever seen then go wide open was out in some Free air space in Wy. .. They only come thru here at 1/2 speed ....

They have been doin' a lot of excercises outta Oceana since January cuz they are re-paving Fentress Airfield,but I have been told by people that live around Oceana that for the past week they have REALLY stepped up operations. In my opinion,I hope they bomb the livin' tar outta Iran.That is the only thing them ragheads understand.

Just seams like each time something is going on in the Mid East they are running training opps under the radar of both SugarGrove, WVA and Martensburg, WVA ..

Other areas may not see the Incress in rediness becouse were Doing More with Less ....

We're close to Fort Polk down here. Been seeing much more ground movement ie: heavy equipment, trucks, armored vehicles, etc and it all looks REAL NEW (no camo, etc).

So far as air traffic - not so much fighter stuff noted but, sometime we get buzzed by A10s on highway 49 and, we do see some big boys (B52s) at distance every now and then - that's nothing new here.

Editorial:
There was a time in my straight leg history that A10s really made me glad to see (they say, "you are not alone!!") - funny but now, as a civilian, they can be disconcerting. But, my goodness, they are still impressive!!!

I was a Project Mgr. at Semor Johnson AFB and my Office Trailer was near the end of the Runway !!!! A10s Touch and Goes all Day long !!

Boy I thought I would never last the First week there !!!

The second week I never Noticed ... They were some Loud SOBs !!

My brother is an Army Ranger and they just out of the blue sent him to California for 2 weeks for traning and told him he would soon be sent to Syria because the U.S. Is preparing to invade Iran..

i don't think we have to worry about exposing an secret military operations. ya'll are forgetting that mr. obama is still the president, so unless it looks like he may be in danger of lossing the election next fall, we don't have to worry about him using the military against iran. arizona maybe, but no one in the mid-east.
