I am the owner of a GSD puppy at 12 month .I did not send in her registration papers.How much would that cost ?
Also I have a APBT ,received her papers, and lost them.
How much would it cost to reissue a new certificate ?

You have the UKC registration papers for the GSD? They are the green puppy papers and have passed the void date at the bottom? If this is the case, download our Application to Re-Establish a Cancelled Record at http://www.ukcdogs.com/rg/pdf/affidavit.pdf The cost is $20.00 only and the original Registration Certificate must be attached.

For your APBT, download our Duplicate application at http://www.ukcdogs.com/rg/pdf/dupapp.pdf Be sure to read all instructions carefully. Duplicate papers are issued only to the registered owner on our records. If the registered owner and the current owner are not the same, than the current owner needs to ask the registered owner to request the duplicate. When the registered owner receives it, it can be signed over to the current owner.

To get these forms, you will need to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader if you haven't already. If you have any trouble email me your name and address and the name of the form(s) you need to sjonas@ukcdogs.com and I will send them snail mail.
