 UKC Hunt only one in NC this weekend

Hey Everyone looking forward to seeing ya'll Sat Jan. 28 2012 in Pender Co. NC for Pender Coon Clubs hunt. Good ole Jeffery Robinson will be MOH. If your wondering Pender Co. is located between Raliegh NC and Wilmington NC. Food will be served and hopefully we'll score a bunch of coons!Good luck hunters and be safe.

when i was in college i hunted holly shelter some. does anyone coon hunt in there? it was always my opinion you had to be alittle off to hunt holly shelter.lol.

 Hollyshelter

Its actually good hunting in there now since the fires of past years have cleaned the woods up. Huters like an easy spot to hunt. But this is NC not Kentucky where a thick area is 20 yards deep.If you can hunt Eastern NC you can hunt anywhere and so can your dog. I always warn local coon hunters from buying a dog from out west, there not used to the NC Jungles!LOL Come Join us.

Tim, considering the weather our hunt went real well. We had 23 dogs, 575 won nite champion and 300 won registered.

hope there was a good turn out. who were the winners. when i get home from here i will be renewing my membership and look forward to being there for all the hunts. Maybe if you want Tim we can start hold the HTX hunts i would be more than glad to handle them.

I heard two registered cast tied at 375 for first and second. One nt ch cast had 175. Good people and good hunting. It was nice to see my friends of the past, and meet some new friends.
