My Astros compass is reading the wrong direction and will not calibrate and suggestions???

I'd check all of the obvious first if you havn't already.. Make sure your batteries are fully charged, make sure that it's using the correct setting for the batteries.. There was a post on here about a master reset for the unit. Maybe try looking for that if you still have no luck..

Make sure your compass is turned on, then make sure you are holding it level when you try to calibrate it.

Do a master reset and then run the updates...One of the newest updates was for compass direction ....
Take your map card out first thing then start.
