I dont know if your dog is old or sick but it looks like absolute hell. They really like food and water.

He actually had a bad case of worms and has been in and ot of the vets lately. He gets all the water and food he wants and is putting weight baco on so I would appreciate it if u wouldn't judge my dogs with a lack of knowledge about them

He just turnt a year old. The guy I got him off had a hard time keeping weight on him to ever since he was a pup and my buddy bought his litter mate and he was the same way till a little while ago both dogs have been to the vets and they cant find nething wrong with them. My dog gets free range of food and water. Like u said some dogs just dont put weight on till there done growing. Some people think they know everything tho.

looks good man, keep it up. He's doing good for such a young dog. By the way, don't worry too much about what other people say, just keep loving your dog, loving the sport and doing your thing.

Thanks guys. I have 18 dogs in my kennels right know and hes the only one who looks like that so im not to worried about it some people just have nothing better to do than shoot there mouth off. That pup did outstanding on bear this fall to he had 4 kills under his belt from truck to tree and I dont know how many trees. Will start a 3 hour old track off from a bait by him self and get it jumped. He is one of the best pups I have ever had the pleasure to own and BELIEVE ME HES MY PRIDE AND JOY WOULDN'T LET NETHING HAPPEN TO HIM!!!

nice looking dog and catch. looks like a rat attack dog? my hound looked like this for a while when he was young too finally when he got a little bit over a year old started putting on a little fat. Dont listen to jackasses like that guy ive seen hounds look a lot worse than that and it was from nothing more than being hunted hard or old or young age

Nice dog, for a year old and doin all that on his own he must be a good one. I also have one young dog at home that will not put on weight. He gets over fed and has been vet checked. He just won't put any weight on, he is full of muscle though and very energetic so I'm not worried. He is only 16 months old so hopefully he puts some weight on when he gets a bit older.

=====GRNTCH Schultz Stylish Coma

=====GRNTCH Backwoods Classie

This was an intentional cross that turned out extremely well. I have not heard of anyone being disatisfied with the pups. His sire is the best coondog I have ever owned, will rig from the truck and does not miss. At almost 11 years old I will still cut him loose with anything out there. His grand sire was the same way...COONDOGS! "Spot" is a phenominal bobcat dog that would be tough to replace. wd
