Most of the races around here are 1/4 to 1/2 mile.There are a few exceptions but few and far between.What are some of the (normals) from your area?

Average would probably be about 300 yards, some are 50 and once in a while we might get a good half mile race, depends on the time of year and how theyr feedin.

I would say around here (North-Eastern Kentucky) it averages from strike to tree about 300-900yards. When them ole boars are running it can be a little longer.
