Native

I know its been asked before but.......
I was curious to see how many of you use it and what level you like the best. I would also like to know what you are paying a bag...

I was thinking about adding it at the store and just trying to see if its something to consider or not, pricy dog feeds are a hard sell these days, but for some price isn't a factor on a good feed...

I fed level 4 to Kate for most of the summer. Best food I have ever fed a dog but when it went $44.00 for a 40 pound bag, I went back to Diamond AE. Even just feeding it to one dog, $44 is just too expensive for us.

The "cheap" feeds are no longer cheap and are increasing all the time.

The better feeds have never been more of a bargain than they are now.

Native tends to price all levels the same, I have fed 3, but for the same $ 4 is a no brainer.

Native is around 40$ here, I can find EA a lot easier and closer to 30$.....There isnt enough difference for me to justify the 10$ a bag difference IMO.

i have 7 bags left of the level 3,and i will be switching, seems to be a good feed.but their new prices are not justified,i think it is over rated also,i will be going back to diamond.

We sold it here in the Sc area. Liked it. I charged what I had in it to help folks out

That bit me in the butt. Not the helping, but the price went up so I had to as well. Went back to Diamond. To tell you the truth, dogs look better now then they did 4 months ago on Native.

The Naturals chicken and rice or lamb and rice. Small dogs and pups get the lamb and rice because the kibble is smaller. I have had good firm stool with it and my easy keepers don't need a lot to keep wt up. Doug is hunting a couple very hard and this feed has held up for them as well. We will switch to EA once the weather gets cold on the hunted ones.

Does the price fluctuate alot ??

I've been using Sportmix and have nothing bad to say about the product or the price. I switched from Pride when my dogs started having loose stool..

I sell alot of Pride, many like the results they get and the price. Sportmix sells decent but the price issue comes back into play with some.

I'm thinking about getting 5 bags of Native to see how it goes and then work from there, I can use it if people turn their noise up at it.

ive always fed pride. it works well so i wont change it. its $21 for 50#. im not paying a dollar a pound to feed 5 beagles and 2 hounds. i can deal with an extra pile of poop a day for that price.

I had several ask about it and that's why I considered it... I would like to try it on Rex to see if I like it before I made a change for the others.. He's 8 months old and has always had Blue Buffalo, that stuff is $46.00 for 35lbs my cost.............

A buddy told me he was using Taste Of The Wild and it was similar to Native, its $45.00 for 50lbs, and he gets it at Tractor Supply if any of y'all are interested and can't bet Native...

Agree 100%. Diamond extreme is worth every penny. Alot guys i know said their hounds do as good or better on it than they did on Native. Alot people on here are right for the price Diamond extreme is hard to beat.
