DC30 collar problem maybe

I have a collar that loses signal when it get into the range of 400 to 500 yards. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if I just need to replace the antenna or if it is something else thanks.

may needed to update on the computer,i have one but not had to do this yet but have heard u need to update ever so ofted....

I think you just need a new entena i recomend a tuff skin

I know guys that have garmins that have never updated any of there stuff as they dont have a computor . All they have ever changed on theres is antenas and ever once in a wile send a collar in for repaire but mort there repairs were for new battersys recargeable and they thought it was something else ..
