Randy Adams had a Black and Tan female stolen at Bowling Ridge near Broadhead Kentucky. The dog was wearing a garmin dc40 collar. Randy found the garmin collar laying on the roadway and had been cut off of the dogs neck. The dog has a freezebrand of RA on her right hip.
