I used to have a regular 28v bright eyes belt light with smart charger. When I plugged in the light to charge the led on the charger was red until it was fully charged and it turned green.

Now I have a bright eyes caplight (25v) with the super six head. When I plug the light up to charge with the charger they sent me the light stays green all of the time. When I got the light from bright eyes, I hunted with the light for nearly 2 weeks without charging it and plugged it up and the light on the charger is still green. After leaving it to charge for a while, the light remains green. How do I know when it's fully charged (or do i guess )

I called bright eyes about this (and also sent an email) and their response was that the light on the charger should turn a different color when you charge it but then turn another color when it is complete. The charger I have is a "smart" charger according to them and it looks like a laptop computer power supply.

Otherwise, I have been amazed with this caplight! This thing is BRIGHT! Any help is appreciated!

It should turn red when plugged up at first then it will fliker green as it nears full charge, and then remains green. Chargeing times take less than 3 hours usually 45 min to 2 hours for me depending on how much i hunted that particular week.

Thanks for the reply. I am going to call bright eyes again. I just plugged it up after using it hard for the last 2 weeks and the light on the charger is green and doesn't change.. Thanks for the help!
