open spotted white hair is thick and pretty but hair doesnt seem to be growing where the black hair should be on his back head and tail anyone ever seen this before? Been this way since he was younger dont know exactly how long but he is 7 now.any thoughts please let me know.

i have seen only one dog that had it.. the guy told me it was black mange and the hair never did grow back. the dog was bald every where there was black pigmentation on the dogs skin.
