Preacher, I been a catching shrimp most every night the tide gits right. We can bait shrimp around here with a high protien 50% menhaden fish meal and to make it sink we mix it with kaolin clay and make a pady. My girlfriend has some house dogs so therefore she is a turd counter. Those house dogs scratch the paint off the trailerhouse door to get outide when I am mixing up that meal in order to eat some , even though they got free acess to cornfree $1.10 a pound dogfeed. Anyway, a clod always manages to hit the ground and them housedog cockers put coondog to shame the way they can scap over it. Anyway, the next morning you ain't got to worry if they hit the pad, you can kick that turd out the trailorhouse door. I say they sh-t a brick. So if you got hard times and feed cheap feed, a bag of Kaolin cost $3 for 50 #. Probably a tablespoon shook up on top would do , if not, add some 50% menhaden fishmeal that cost $50 for 50# but only use a teaspoon mixed with the clay, and use the other 49 lbs next spring in your garden. Just trying to promote Organic Gardening here too Preacher just to be Political correct.
