Rules question??????

Lets say it is down to a two dog cast because 2 of 4 have minused out. Dog A. has a really good score of 750+ but has had a few minus throughout the night totalling 350-. One more mistake and dog A. is out also. Dog B. on the other hand only has 150+. With 3 minutes left in the hunt both dogs come treed. Dog B. is declared treed. Now my question is If dog A. is at the tree when the judge arrives and has not been declared treed and a coon is seen will it be awarded the next available tree points and then have them minused putting them out of the hunt? I didn't think it should since the hunt was over before the tree closed. Am I right? This is just a hypothetical but I have been in similar situations before. I have also been leading a cast and had it come down to the last few seconds and have had others who are losing tree there dog at the last second. What happens if heaven forbid they are really deep and by the time the cast gets to them my dog is on the tree and a coon is seen?

strike is minused and nothing on tree, but if time is out that ends the hunt for dog A You are only going to the dog treed unless you are on nite ch cast and you tree off game caust you are stilll under the authority of the judge

Stationary or not, the only scoring going on after hunt time expires is a dog declared treed before the hunt ended.

Dog a wins. The strike points get a line because he was never treed he is considered to be still trailing by the rules when hunt time runs out.Does not matter if he is at the tree and it is slick, circled or minused,or plussed. The tree is a non issue after the hunt time is over on a reg.cast .As for stationary there is not enough time left in the hunt to apply.
