DC 30 battery replacement

My DC 30 had its battery go bad. Any info on how to replace it myself? My local batteries plus does not carry the exact replacement. Does Bruce C carry them?
Any help is appreciated.

Just take apart the case with the little black screws around the edge, there is a white Connector, Just gently work that off and then you'll be able to switch out the battery.

It's pretty easy to do.. good Luck.

,

I along with most other hound supply dealers have them. Call me tomorrow at 386-972-493
Nothing hard about it just be careful with the connectors and have a screwdriver to handle the small screws.

I've changed two. One worked after the change, the other never worked again. I doubt I'll change another one. I'll prolly just send them to Bruce and pay whatever he charges to change it for me. Then if doesn't work, I can blame him.
