garmin help

my garmin looses signal of the collars when the dogs get over 150yds or so and does not pick back up signal until they are over 375 yds or so. seems to be worse since the leaves have come on the trees. last night they lost signal at 200 yds and did not pick back up till i was 50yds from where they were treed. do the new tuffskin antenas help. any advice will be appreciated. i have 2 dc 30 collars and a extended antenna on the 220

I would run the updates and replace the antennas with the Tuff Shins.
Bring it down and I'll run the updates and swap out your antennas, it doesn't take long.

The tuffskins helped mine quiet a bit.

I'm not sure that's your problem though if it is only picking up 150 yards. Mine was still picking up 5 to 6 hundred when I swapped mine out. May want to check your collars with another garmin to make sure you haven't broken the connection on the handheld.

200 yards is a key number that says there is an antenna problem. Why because the system will pick up 200 yards without an antenna.
You either have a antenna problem on your collar or you have an issue with the SMA connection on your handheld. Hopefully it is your collar and a replacement antenna like BW Supplies mentioned would solve the issue for just a few dollars.
