Hillbilly Mike dogs

I own a young hound with this on the bottom and would like to know if any one could tell me about how these dogs hunt.
Dog's Dam is: * GRCH BEE RIDGE BLUE MOON GIDGET
Dam's Sire is :
* GRNITECH ALLENS HILLBILLY MIKE who is out of
*CH GRNITECH GAMBLE'S HILLBILLY MIKE

Any help would be appreciated, just would like to know where my dog may be getting some of his hunting traits from, or what I might be able to expect.
