Any BBQ pitmasters out there with recipes for sauce or some unique way of cooking?

1 gal apple cider vinegar
1/2 gal water
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 SMALL can black pepper
1 SMALL can red pepper
1 stick butter
mix all together and bring to a boil, then simmer at a low boil for a few minutes. Douse liberally on slow cooked pig, dip grilled chickens, etc.

Hot enough to satisfy many, mild enough to satisfy most. Will keep for a long time on the shelf, does not need refrigerated.

I love to cook over charcoal. Don't even have a gas grill anymore. Try this dry rub on some chicken. Got to cook it indirect because of all the sugar. Sweet and spicy. Pretty darn good.

Cluck Rub

1 c Sugar
½ c Salt
1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp Cumin
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
3 tbsp Paprika

Bob's BBQ in Ada OK has got to be my favorite bbq shack. Makes going to the hunts there worth the long drive..
