kennel silencer

Do any of you use an electric silencer,if so which one and how effective are they.I recently moved my hounds from a chain to an indoor kennel, they were very quiet before, but now that they are so close together, one bark starts a chain reaction.I know the other remedies, but one silencer for all four dogs would be so much easier.

I bought a Dogtra YS300 from Valley Creek for $80.00. This collar is rechargable, and has 7 different levels for the dog, you adjust the strength. It took about 15 minutes for my dog to figure out what was going on. He wont even make a squeak now in the kennel, and I dont have to put it on him anymore.

About kennel silencer

I bought one and the dogs played games seeing who could make it "sound off" first. It was a rip-off.

I had a bark collar on one of mine last yr. it worked.....the problem is it took him about a month or so to even bark in the woods. i wont use one again. i spray with water, use a switch if i have to, if you get on them pretty consistant they seem to learn. if not they may not be to bright.
