Camera Use ?

Can you set the pixel size you want a picture to have?

OR

Can you change the pixel size after you've taken a picture?

Yes, in camera settings you change the settings. I always take pics at the highest settings.

After pics are taken, you can change the pic size -- but you would want to edit LARGE pic to smaller as trying to edit SMALL pic to large will cause distortion and grainy image depending how small the pic you are trying to enlarge.

There is some image enlargement software that can help fix SMALLER pics to larger, but still limited in what it can enlarge to.
