i leased out my Gr.Nt. female once and told him to give me $75 a pup when he sold them.

I usually charge a percentage of the pups or The dollar value of the pups. (Usually 25-33%)

I was looking for one a while back and had guys wanting anywhere from $600-$1500 depending on if the female was titled and how well the female reproduced

I leased on years ago, the agreed upon price was based on pups living to weaning age. We agreed on $25 per pup and I was required to have a vet check-up before breed (which was no big deal as I had to get neg brucelosis anyway) and a follow up check up after weaning pups. I kept her and fed her from breed time til wean time.
