Bellar owns him, Mike Nelson hunts and handles him. I have only hunted with him twice, several on this board have hunted with him alot, Tyler Benedict would be one of them. I know he was bred to Janice Joplin, not sure what else. I believe there are some regulars on this board that have pups off Janice and Buster.

I hunted with him a few times and liked everything about him. More of a trailing type. But he treed coons.

I've hunted with Buster quite a bit. He's got a nice mouth, not trashy, will get through the country and have a coon when he gets treed. Quick strike dog, but if the coon aren't moving he's gonna go until he finds one. Buster hunts hard and fast. Nelson has a littermate sister to buster that is on pups now. The females nice too.

Ive got a male out of Buster and Janice. I never got the chance to hunt with Buster while I was out there but Elvis had nothing but good things to say about him. Rumor was that Bellar claimed Buster to be the best he has ever owned and if Buster stays healthy and alive that he has the potential to be a world champion. I know that I could not be happier with mine out of Buster and Janice. He has the drive and is quite accurate, he has a nice bawl on the ground, a big bawl locate, and chop on the tree. He is making a coondog to say the least, Im extremely proud of him. Here is a video clip of him.
