We do "Fondue" with nice lean Deer Rump Cubes "it can be fun" ..

Costco sells a great Ginger Dressing that real good to dip the cubes in

Heck the Wife and I can go thru 1-1/2 lbs. of meat when we Fondue ...

Geeze...we make deer nuggets all the time in camp. They are great. We just cut up some venison in 1 inch cubes, dredge in Drakes or something similar then deep fry. Good stuff.

these were about 3-5 months old as I bought them from an auction and wasnt planning on feeding them just for butchering

most of the time you want to just make sure there will be enough meat to justify the time and effort.

goat to me is not as strong as venison but stronger than beef

i marinated mine for about 4 hours in a herb and garlic sauce, kind of like italian, and then dredged it in flour. in the flour, i put in a dash of cayenne, pepper, garlic salt etc. and then deep fry.
