is it normal?

my female had pups todays ago and now she's bleeding alot from her area, it's real dark.? i am taking her to the vet tomarrow anyways to make sure all is well but was jw.

Yes, it's normal - most females will bleed for a couple of weeks, and it gradually gets less and less until it stops. The thing to watch for is if the discharge gets greenish, looks like pus, or starts to smell really bad - if it does, then a fast trip to the vet is in order.
