A while back there was a discussion on how to cook frog legs... Anyway I mentioned Everglades seasoning and Todd pm'd me to find out what it was. I sent Todd a can of seasoning and he said he would send something "regional" back to me. Today I received some local grown wild rice and mushrooms from Todd. THANKS TODD! So this got me thinking if there are more "regional" foods or spices that might be worth swapping back and forth and more people who would be interested in doing the same. Please keep in clean and nonconfrontational!

You are welcome Clay. I wondered if the package got to you. Don't eat all them mushrooms at once, there's a lot there when you soak them. I am going to have some for breakfast tomorrow with leftover egg bake my wife made tonight. yum

Ya, ya'll from out in Montana got some special kind of seafood. I bet there's someone who would love a package of fresh mountain meadow oysters. One buddy I work with says they ain't baaaaaaaad. LOL
