I wish

this gentleman made long bows all I seen on his site were recurves. They look very well built and high quality.

I am pretty sure that all of the bows that are 62" 60" and 58" are long bows.

What is the difference between a long bow and recurve as far as pulling it back or shooting goes. Is one better than the other?

The main difference is the speed. A recurve is going to be a little bit faster than a longbow. These longbows have are almost a hybrid. There might be 1-2 fps difference when shooting them. I didnt notice any difference in the way they draw either. A lot of the time a longbow will stack up as you draw it but these dont seem to do that. They are great shooting bows... comfortable!

Those are nice. One of my life goals is to make my own recurve bow ... when I have time.
