Got a big white envelope in the mail saturday from the UKC...
To my suprise when I opened it, low and behold it was a NTCH. certificate for my male BLUETICK " PR" Park ave Blue Guardrail !!!
Funny thing is he's not a NTCH yet... got the pts (105) from 3 second places but dosn't have a 1st place win yet...(just a matter of time til we get it)
So I called the UKC today to find out what was going on ?
I thought maybe something may have happened to dissqualified a first place winner and they moved my dog up!
They told me that someone had entered one of my slips as a first place win and thanked me for being honest about the mix up..and said they were sorry for the mistake!
I said no problem, I wouldn't want a NTCH title if I didn't earn it fair and square !!!!
So Iam mailing it back to them with the eazy entry card...
I ask if this had ever happened before or if a dog had ever been move up to a first place win ???? they said not to their knowledge it had never happned before....

What would You DO ???
I hope everone would do the right thing and send it back!!!
But I know there are some that wouldn't !!!

Please do the right thing if it happen's to YOU...
no one's perfect and honest mistake's are made....

Is it possible you got a second at an event that drew more than 20 reg dogs which would then give your dog a win? Or an RQE? Or a Youth Qualifier?

Mr. JIM, wish it was but there were less than 10 reg dogs at all three hunts...

Mr. Jared, I always check my win slips just in case of an error...

NOW THAT ANSWERS A THIHG OR 2 FOR ME... I HAVE CAME BY SEVERAL DOGS THAT WERE NTCH OR GNCH .. THAT SURELY THE SAME THING MUST OF HAPPENED..... A BIG MIX UP BY UKC OR SOMEONE.... CAUSE THEY COULDNT CATCH A 3 LEG COON IF THEY WAS IN A ROLL CAGE WITH IT....
