help garmin trouble

220 keeps loosing the collar but other 220 s never loose the signal . any ideas ? thanks

Antenna on the hand held off the top of my head.

Would need more info though. Are you saying other handhelds don't lose your collars, but your handheld does?

If that's the case then the soilder in the unit is likely broken. One of the weak points for the Garmin, if you change antennas you can break the connection inside from the torque of putting on the antennas.

yes my handheld looses signal others dont , the wire is not broken inside thanks

You may have already done this but I would update everything then delete the collar add it back and maybe even change the frequency. If this doesn't work then it likely is a connection issue with your antenna whether that be the antenna itself or the connection inside the handheld.
