is there a differance in trash breaker and the classic 70 im kinda new to the ecollar market place

Yes there is! Basicly, the Classic 70 has a range rated at 1 mile where the Trashbreaker is rated at 2 miles. You'd be better off to spend the extra and get the stronger unit I think but my Classic 70 has performed well for my purposes.
