Start off with "He is a GREAT DOG,DOU YOU WANT TO OWN HIM?" and iff the sucker buys that, shut up. Like in the sales industry, the one that opens his mouth first, owns the (dogwhatever). Once you have made your case shut up, say no more, and hope you have found a fool.
