A friends DC 30 collar isn't working.. It won't turn on. The other night when he went to charge it the red light and blue light stayed on then went off. Now the collar won't turn on. So we went on the Garmin site and reset the DC by disconnecting the power from the collar and waited 15 minutes. Afterwards it came back on for a minute then shut off. Wondering if theres any suggestions? Thanks

Take the cover off the battery pack and make sure 1 of the 2 wires are'nt disconnected from where the charger hooks up. This happened to mine. If the wires are fine then the batteries are probably bad.
