Transfer of Ownership

What is the process for transferring ownership.

I co-own a dog with the breeder and in order for the ownership to be soley in my name will the breeder need the original papers to sign off on or is there a transfer of ownership form for her to fill out or is a written statement with her signature sufficient?

Thank you
Mandy

If the word "and" is between your names on the papers, then we will require both sellers signatures. If the word "or" is between your names, then we only require the signature of one of the sellers.

thank you russell,

the paperwork is in "and". Will she need the original registration to sign off on or is a signed written statement reliquishing her ownership sufficient?

thanks

A signed statement is good as long as it references the dog's UKC number.
