has this ever happend to you

i got a blue that is 4 going on 5 and and lately he is well going to take a long nap i ran bear and my other hounds had it bayed and he walked 5ft away and layed down and was just watching does that every time i take him out its like he just dont want or care to hunt at all

WOW.
I don't bear hunt, but that is a odd one. Did he ever get into it real hard like the other hounds? I mean he should just be in his prime right now! Maybe he doesn't feel good but not showing any physical signs of it.

Now I HUNT COONS AN HAVE HAD A HOUND GET SO WORE OUT FROM A FIGHT THAT LASTED EVERY BIT OF TWENTY MINS AN TIRE OUT AN SIT DOWN ON SIDE LINES AN TAKE A BREATHER FOR A MOMENT.

I`d get him in to the vet, there`s alot of health problems that can show like that, everything from thyroid to heartworms.

i let him rest for 2 days after the first time but that didnt do anything i will have to take him to the vets

A FRIEND OF MINES DOG DID NOT ACT AS YOURS. BUT HE WAS NOT RIGHT. THE VET DIAGNOSED HIM WITH LYMES DISEASE.
