We haven't had a frost around here. The coon may find them tasty but they would be too bitter for me until we have had a frost.

I'm with you Dave.I have always wondered how coons could stand to start eating them as early as they do.
I just wanted to let people know that they are starting to eat them now,just in case they didn't know.
