heat spots?

I have a dog that has a bunch of heat spots what's the best way to get rid of them?

I get it from our local Co-Op its a good size spray Bottle
Pinkish Red Color

Its made by Durvet and is Called "Topical Fungicide" ..

Made For Dogs, Cats, Sheep, Horses, Cattle

Controls:
Summer Itch and Hot Spots
Foot Rot
Girth Itch
Ringworm

I had one that had a Licking sore on his Forleg and I tried Everything untill I sprayed this stuff on it and in 2-3 day it was growing hair and he quit pesturing it..

His mom gets them from staying in plastic dog boxes I wonder if she passed it on?
