question for either Allen or Todd

I'm pretty sure I know the correct answer, but would like someone from UKC to give an official answer.

If an event is listed in the back of Bloodlines with one deadline and listed in an ad (also in Bloodlines) with a different deadline, which time is correct?

I recently checked on an event with just this problem, and was told that since the quarter page ad had a different time, that was the one they were going by. This event is several hours away and I don't want to drive that long and miss it due to faulty information.

The Upcoming Events Listing in the back of the book is the one that should be considered "official" and the one to go by. That has always been the policy and still is today.
