Can someone please help. I have a 11 month old Dutch Shepherd and I would like to register him with the UKC. His mother is UKC registered but Dad is not. Dad is registered with American Dutch Shepherd Association (club). Can I still register my guy?

Send a copy of the Dad's registration, pictures of your dog and ask for special consideration. If the dog is a good specimen, I would say your chances are excellent for registration.
