my old female feist got a UTI. She was having a discharge, going frequently. i took her to the vet. they determined she had an infection and possible very small stones. they put her on antibiotics and a special dog food. the dog food is supposed to change her PH so that the crystals will dissolve. the food makes her drink a lot and pee a lot and frequently. the food is very expensive. She has been on this diet for several months. it caused her to put on some weight but otherwise i can't see any other change. she's 12 years old.

DONT TAKE ANY CHANCES. TAKE HER TO THE VET AND GET HER ON MEDS TO CLEAR IT UP WHILE ITS IN EARLY STAGES. INFECTIONS CAN BE BAD NEWS IF NOT TREATED THEY CAN SPREAD AND POSSIBLY SPREAD TO HER REPRODUCTIVE ORGANS, AND U DONT WANT THAT.
