Shake'm out

How many of you shake'm out?

Well be careful if you do. Not as young as I thought lastnite, and got the scratches to prove it.

On the way back down all I could think about was JERRY CLOWER (KNOCK HIM OUT JOHN!) lmao

LOL

I had one up a smaller three the other night that was hiding pretty good and I thought it would be a good idea to get about 15 feet into the tree and do a little shaking myself...... Next thing I know im on my back looking up. Glad im still young or I would have been pretty sore

I fell out of a tree one night the tree was leaning and I got up the tree pretty easy but on the way down the tree was wet and had some ice on it so I started to slide down and caught myself from falling so I knew I could not get down the way I came up so I was looking for a limb to hold on to too let myself down and I found one and when I was hanging to jump down the limb broke as I was holdingon too it I went down and limb had fell on my mouth and my top and bottom teeth went throw my lips so no more tree climbing for me

One night I climbed up after one that i thought was dead and stuck in the crook of the branches, we couldn't get it to drop with the .22. I started shaking and he turned and looked at me (about 2 feet away) needless to say i really started shaking it then and luckily got him to drop! That was my closest call.

Last fall I took 3 hounds out and Parked at a little bridge, Man the Truck was rockin and the Hounds were going Off big time, When I opened the Door all 3 hounds darted under the bridge and a Big Coon shot out and Up the first tree he got to !! a 3" sapling !! Well I went to shaking him out and after about 5 min. he lost his grip and Fell about 1' from my leg !!!! He ran up my leg up my back and back up the Sapling !! all the While my 3 hounds were trying to climb ME to get the Coon !! It was a Very bad Seen for sure !! Ended up leaving him right their and had to drag the Hounds in the Truck .. We went else where ..
