hasn't been started since 1999-2000 when i cracked my kneecap at work..
it only has a kick starter and been scared it might kick back and undo the progress that has been done for my knee,
pulled it out of the barn and i guess i need to get it cleaned back up,,
its a 1976 cow 400 thats been re-geared to slow it down before i got it.
from 0-60mph you better be leaning down if you want to keep your head on your shoulders,,lol
it dont have the top end like my brothers suiside 1100 had,he had it up to 135 and still have half a gear left he said when he backed out of it,,
he had some more work done to it after he bought it,,
he said the owner before him was turning low 8's with it on the dragstrip..
he forgot he told me about not being able to keep the front tire on the ground going thru the gears when he tryed to sell it to me,,,was way too much bike for me,,
the cow will get away from you if you get stupid on it,,lol
i did trade a coonhound for it,,so this is coonhound related,,lol

He keeps it in my name... so he can tell folks it's his wife's...LOL... Then if they meet me... they think I'll be a big tall woman... and I'm 4' 11" and about 115 lbs fat... I can't even HOLD the bike up 
BUT... I love having the bike AND my driver. He rides to work every day, weather permitting, rides with friends at times and rarely I can go for tame rides (bad back).... love it. It's still basically stock... comfy, too quiet, not enough chrome but... we need to pay for FOOD...
