i just bought a pup and someone has already filled out the puppy papers but never sent them off. Just wondering what i need to do about getting this dog registered in my name?

Look under the forms and applications section, I thinks where it is, on the front page and print off a paper called a avidavit. That may not be spelled right lol, sorry.
